AIB has a number of exciting opportunities in our FSG (Financial Solutions Group) area. FSG support our customers in financial difficulty across Personal, SME, Corporate and Property Sectors working as a team to get them back to financial health and working on sustainable solutions.  The overall objective is to maximise the recovery from non performing debts while ensuring compliance with the bank's credit policy guidelines and external code of conducts at all times. These vacancies are suited to both recent graduates and those who are keen to experience a fast paced credit environment and represents an excellent first step towards a career in finance.  While experience would be an advantage it is not a requirement for these roles as training will be provided. This will provide an excellent developmental opportunity for successful candidates. These roles are being offered on a 12 month contract basis. Your next challenge Successful candidates will be working on a large and dynamic fast paced team with responsibility for: Managing a broad portfolio of customers. Resolving customer queries and assessing cases in a timely and efficient manner. Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements at all times. Interaction with customers, bank staff, third party agencies and advisors. Ensure that relevant management information systems are correctly populated and maintained. What you'll need Minimum of a 2.2 in a Business related Degree. Please note confirmation of this will be sought if you are successful at interview. APA or QFA qualification is desired but not essential. Candidates may be required to work towards this qualification. Previous experience in a financial industry would be an advantage. Previous experience in dealing with customers is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Ability to work as part of a team. Solid IT skills are a must. What else should you demonstrate?
