Reporting to Head of Finance, you will work in a team of 8 - 10 to develop all-rounded experience in financial and management reporting as well as corporate finance projects.

Our client is a HK listed company with major business of healthcare and medical services.
Description
- Prepare/Review monthly consolidated financial reports and analysis for management
- Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports
- Coordinate and oversee the accounting functions of group companies
- Coordinate with regulatory and government bodies such as tax authorities, lawyers, bankers and external auditors
- Perform internal control and corporate finance projects as assigned
Profile
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in top international audit firms, previous engagement in corporate finance project is definitely a plus
- Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
