Description
Interim role, providing support during a restructure of the Finance team
- Ensure the company is up to date in its application of accounting policies and standards and tax legislation
- Lead the audit process including production and filing of the statutory accounts and tax packs
- Responsible for the timely production of monthly management accounts alongside the area expert finance managers
- Provide technical accounting support to the commercial finance functions
- Ensure balance sheets are regularly reviewed
- Manage external relationships with auditors and banks
- Manage the cash flow and working capital forecasting and reporting processes
- Ensure all statutory filings are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger
- Ensure all necessary hedging documentation is in place in line with reporting requirements
Profile
Qualified accountant with strong technical ability and excellent communication / stakeholder management skills
