Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

To support our further expansion into Asia, we are seeking Recruitment Consultants with a clear focus on business development and client relationship management, looking to be a part of growing the Swisslinx presence in the region on the back of strong growth in the past year.

The challenge

As a Consultant in our firm, you will contribute to the company's successful expansion in the Asian Financial Services market achieved through:

• Active business development via local connections and existing networks
• Identification of business opportunities and positioning of Swisslinx as a key supplier of recruitment services to exisiting and new clients in Singapore
• Management of the full recruitment lifecycle on the client side
• Pitching our services to clients and ensuring service delivery

Your skills and experience

In addition to the blueprint professional attitude, strong ethics and solid team spirit we find in our colleagues, we expect the successful candidate for this role to bring the following:

• Minimum 2 years solid track record in Sales
• Technology Recruitment experience across different levels of seniority up to MD / board level
• Local network of Technology clients & candidates
• Sound understanding of the technology recruitment industry in Singapore
• Outstanding communication skills in English. Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)advantageous.
