Senior Financial Accountant

The role of Senior Financial Accountant would suit someone with a commercial and inquisitive mindset, perhaps making a move from practice into industry.

Reporting into the Head of Finance this role will have a strategic and commercial impact on the business. The role will be an integral part of the business and the finance team.

Description

The responsibilities of this role are, but not limited to

• Responsible for the preparation of annual statutory accounts for multiple entities
• Prepare information for tax returns
  
• Support the preparation of annual budgets in conjunction with the business heads, and produce monthly management accounts, including variance and performance analysis
  
• Submit VAT returns (UK) for multiple entities and monitor and review non-UK returns produced by local accountants
  
• Produce the relevant information for bank funding, update property loan schedules and work with the Head of Finance CEO on various project work

Profile

• Ideally fully qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA)
• Experience of entrepreneurial and highly commercial companies
  
• A knowledge of CIS will be desirable
  
• Commercially mindset
  
• Naturally inquisitive and adaptable
  
• An excellent technical person with well-developed communication skills, you will have high credibility within the business and in external relationships and have a strong commercial approach
• A passion to work for an entrepreneurial company creating high-end luxury products
