For our Client, dynamic and well-recognized international consulting / business services company, we are looking for qualified Candidates for a position of Financial Controlling Team Leader to support their operations and growth in Poland.
Client Details
Selected Candidate will report directly to company's CFO and manage small controlling team.
Description
- Preparation of the monthly financial pack in timely and accurate manner;
- Coordinate financial reporting and closing processes (monthly, quarterly and yearly) under local GAAP, for statutory and regulatory reporting
- Provide in-depth analysis of performance versus plan to senior management
- Implementing and executing budgeting procedures according to a business needs
- Manage monthly forecasting;
- Take initiatives to improve cash flow, prepare monthly and yearly cash-flow forecasts
- Support the business unit managers on ad-hoc financial requests
- Cooperate with other departments in setting KPI's supporting company strategy;
- Identify problematic areas of the business and report to company management;
- Provide Management with accurate analysis and recommendations to support key decisions
- Lead, manage and develop small controlling team
- Taking part in ad-hoc projects
Profile
- Qualified professional with minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in an international company
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- ACCA, CIMA or Polish equivalent will be a plus
- IFRS knowledge
- Experience in team management
- Solid knowledge and experience of widely use software
- ERP software knowledge is a must (Symfonia will be a plus), MsOffice proficiency is required
- Fluency in English
- Business leader, can do attitude, goal-oriented person, willing to take the initiative
- Strong intellect combined with good strategic and analytical skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiations skills
- Hands-on approach, can do attitude to accompany change
