My client is a pharmaceuticals company based in Harlow. Dominating 18 countries as the most successful pharmaceuticals company, they are looking to expand their team further. They need a temporary accounts payable clerk to cover their busy workload, with the potential to go permanent.
Description
The accounts payable clerk will be responsible for:
Telephone Customer Service with suppliers
Distributing invoices and follow up invoice approvals
Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries
Assessing and interpreting data from database
Logging incoming invoices
checking, chasing and obtaining authorisation of invoices
Petty Cash reconciliations and postings into SAP for all sites
Data Entry
General filing & housekeeping as required
Assisting with month end tasks
Profile
The successful candidate will:
be proficient in excel (v lookups and pivot tables)
be willing to learn in a finance environment
