A growing Consultancy business based in Harlow are recruiting for a permanent Finance Assistant. Varied accounts role including Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Credit Card Reconciliations, Payments and much more.

Paying a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 with the chance to progress and learn. They are a friendly and growing company and offer a collaborative working environment.

Client Details

My client are a medium sized Consultancy business based in Harlow, Essex. They are growing within the Uk Market place and are looking to hire a new Finance Assistant in their Harlow office which is their UK Headquarters. This is a varied role reporting into a hands on Finance Manager who is willing to offer training.

Description

• Reporting into a hands on Finance Manager
• Processing & Banking of cheques
• Posting of incoming and outgoing payments
• Manage and process CHAPS/BACS/International payments and all necessary online banking
• Processing of monthly credit card payments and company expenses
• Ad hoc reporting
• Processing of invoices and coding

• A local candidate to Harlow
• Ideally experience in a Finance based role
• Hard working candidate who works well in a team environment

• The ability to work well under pressure
