My client is currently seeking an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team in Bournemouth.

Client Details

I am currently representing a extremely successful company based in the heart of Bournemouth looking to bring new talent into their growing team.

Description

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
  • Process business expense returns
  • Cashbook and petty cash cheques
  • Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
