Financial Controller

My client a high growth service provider offering an exceptional working culture and flexible working have grown to the point that they need to appoint a dedicated Financial Controller to oversee broad accounting duties and ensure that Financial Control is in good shape moving forward. Working with the Senior Management team and supporting the CFO the Financial Controller will lead the company's financial and management reporting to ensure best practice and cater for future growth. Whilst managing a small team your duties will include: Financial and Management reporting, VAT, year-end accounting, reconciliations, overseeing reporting for overseas joint venture partnerships, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, ongoing systems improvements using Excel and Sage Line 50 as well as ad-hoc duties. There will be a small degree of travel in this role in the UK and occasionally into Europe.
