Finance analyst, £45k to £50k plus bonus

Our client is a leading international business looking for a highly ambitious Finance Analyst. Working in the new FP&A team, this role will offer the successful candidate an exceptional opportunity for direct exposure to senior management across the organisation, combined with exposure to business issues affecting the Group's current performance and strategic initiatives. Finance Analyst - purpose of the role: You will support the Head of Business Performance and the Business Performance Finance Managers in delivering a value adding, integrated, efficient in year reporting cycle to drive business performance and effective resource allocation and decision making. Accountabilities Support Business Performance Finance Managers on a wide variety of deliverables, such as:Liaise with and support the wider team on Finance Master Data change management.Production & exploitation of quality headcount & Functional cost reporting.Work across the wider team to support on reporting and planning processes and initiatives.Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives Production of the Monthly Group Performance Report to keep the CEO, CFO, and other Heads, informed on the overall performance of the Group vs targets and prior year.Commercial Quarterly Business Review data provision and reporting designCorporate Wide Incentive plan performance trackingAnalysis on in year latest views submitted by other areas Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Qualifications Recently qualified finance professional ACA/ACCA/CIMAStrong Excel and PowerPointHighly AnalyticalExperience of working as a service provider within a large multinational organisation; or a big 4 practiceExperience of working within a multi-disciplinary teamHyperion &/or Oracle reporting experience is desirable
