Regional Finance Director- Fixed Term Contract

My client is fast paced and growing Telecommunications/Technology firm based in the heart of Nottingham and they are looking for for dynamic and experienced Regional Finance Director on a 12 month Fixed Term contract basis. Finance Director responsibilities: Execute and monitor monthly close process in accordance with the time frame as indicated by Group Finance and in line with group accounting guidelines.Review month end reporting pack submitted to Group FinanceEngage with UK&US Engineering teams to provide cross functional support and to address any issues identified.Prepare the financial section for the Quarterly Business reviews.Establish, maintain, and co-ordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.Prepare and review the annual budget.Review Payroll entries, expense and customer invoices.Prepare, review and follow up on mandatory VATPrepare monthly forecasts including cash flow forecast.Monitor and assist in the cash collections process and various revenue assurance processes.Understanding of treasury and tax departments act as an intermediary for Tax, Treasury and Regulatory affairs.Manage all aspects of the payable, receivable, cash, stock and fixed asset processes in line with internal controls and proceduresManage the group and statutory audits for the UK companies.Manage a Finance team currently consisting of ten people.
