This job is to be performed by an Account Management Team Support who is responsible for account management and client relationship management of Equities Department.
- Conduct the account review exercises on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Common Reporting Standard (CRS), FATCA and Professional Investor B (PIB)
- Co-ordinate the input of CICC service into CRM systems, verify the content and export into clients’ customized systems
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with Equities account documents and knowledge on know-your-client (KYC) process
- Familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Good command in PC skills, in particular Excel and data management
- Good command in Mandarin and English
Qualifications
- Post-graduate is preferred
