Accounts Payable Clerk

A growing Automotive basis in Borehamwood are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role with career progression and a competitive salary of up to £28,000.

This is a sole Accounts Payable role that you can make your own and enhance the current processes they have in place. You will ideally have a background in a similar role and work well under pressure.

Description

• Accounts Payable, processing invoices
  
• Coding invoices
• Monthly payment runs
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Ad hoc reporting
• Assisting with Sales Ledger if needed
• Reporting using Excel

• A background in a similar role is essential
• Experience of processing invoices
• Local to Borehamwood
• Hard working candidate who works well alone and as part of a team
• Strong Excel user
