The Role
The role of Accounts Administrator will report directly to the Operations Manager, and will be focused around the accounts payable side of the business. The successful candidate will be involved in managing and processing the purchase ledger, as well as maintaining accurate records of transactions made in and out of the business. The individual will be someone who has excellent attention to detail, a professional manner, and experience of working within a finance team.
On Offer
The role of Temporary Accounts Administrator will offer an open-ended contract and a competitive salary, depending on experience. The office is based in Perth with parking on site. Alternatively, it is easily accessible via public transport.
You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
· Processing purchase ledger invoices
· Reconciling monthly supplier ledgers
· Cash book reconciliations
· Maintaining accurate records of transactions
· General Administration duties
· Ad hoc accounting tasks as required
To be considered for the role you must:
· Have experience of working within a finance team
· Experience of operating accounting software (desirable not essential)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent IT literacy and experience of operating Microsoft packages
