KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects within Finance (e.g. update of IFRS accounting policies) and complementary to Finance
Support the development and the monitoring of specific financial controls and policies
Monitoring monthly and quarterly results at country level
Coordinate and monitor external advisors (e.g. auditors, lawyers, tax specialists, etc.)
Be the referent person for M&A accounting topics under IFRS GAAP
Development of the pre–acquisition valuation model to be used and preparing the initial valuation calculations for acquisition targets
Lead the due diligence phase of the M&A process
Support the M&A activities in terms of financial modelling, commercial analysis and business case presentations
Coordinate the post–acquisition planning and benefits realization process
Dealing with Senior Executives from different nationalities and different departments
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in a Big Four company (A
