As the Account Payable Clerk you will provide support across our Clients Group of companies. This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who has drive and is eager to develop within the team. This role is based on Temp to Perm

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices (purchases)
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Processing employee expenses and maintaining the system
  • Processing employee expense and supplier payments
  • Checking, processing and the admin behind the company credit cards
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with managing the accounts mailbox and phone line

You will also help with the following:

  • Processing invoices (sales)
  • Reconciling customer account to payment received
  • Month end activities to assist the management account team, i.e. journal creation and input

You will have:

  • Ideally one years' experience working in a busy accounts payable position
  • The desire to learn and progress
  • The ability to prioritise and work unsupervised
  • Experience of using Sage 200 and Concur is preferred
