Hands-on finance position responsible for Real Estate fund administration, including financial reporting, cash management and transfer agency activities for client portfolios.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Prepare/Review accounting entries for Funds and SPVs
  • Review monthly accounting data from other accounting service provider
  • Prepare/Review monthly financial consolidation
  • Prepare/Review quarterly investor report and bespoke investor questionnaire
  • Liaison with auditors, tax advisor, legal advisors and company secretary
  • Acquisition and disposition support
  • Responsible for client/investors queries

Group reporting
  • Consolidate regional AUM reporting to Global team
  • Coordination of industry statistical reporting such as ANREV and MSCI reporting

Cash Management/Treasury
  • Manage processes for opening, operation and closure of bank accounts
  • Monitor cash balance regularly and manage cash needs
  • Manage AP process and effect payments/disbursement

Capital Transactions/Transfer Agency
  • Prepare computations, rebalancing, carried interest, funds flow schedule and associated investor notices for Capital Calls and Distributions
  • Maintain shareholder/unitholder register, update shareholder/unitholder contacts database, ensure associated documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above in accounting;
  • 5 years of auditing or accounting experience;
  • Property deveopler / real estate background accounting experience candidates with SPV accounting skills are preferred; Fund Admin candidate with consolidations skills are also welcome to apply
  • Understanding abouttreasury operation including cash flow management and bank settlements will be an advantage
