THE COMPANY

My client is a predigest fund manager (AUM over USD3 billion) within Hong Kong, Greater China and Asia. The Company offers asset management products across various types of asset classes including real estate funds and private equity funds. With fast expansion plans in Greater China and Asia Pacific, they are now looking for a Finance manager for their team.

THE ROLE

Report to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling financial accounting of headquarter entities,
  • Preparing month end closing, consolidation accounts, reconciliations and various management reports;
  • Handling fund accounting;
  • Dealing with tax representatives and auditors;
  • Handling some ad hoc projects;


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience gained from asset management firms/ Private Equity/ financial services/ Big 4;
  • Strong Analytical in problem solving;
  • Strong business sense;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese.
