Accounts Receivables Officer: A leading Distributor invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position of Accounts Receivables Officer This position earns an attractive salary package. The prospective candidate MUST have: ü Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics ü 5 CXC subjects including Math and English ü 3-5 years of experience Duties: ü Maintaining the billing system ü Generating invoices and account statements ü Performing account reconciliations ü Maintaining accounts receivable files and records ü Producing monthly financial and management reports ü Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries ü Assisting in general financial management and analysis Skills: ü An ability to prioritize and manage expectations ü A keen eye for detail ü An ability to work independently ü The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company ü A mathematical background
