FINANCE MANAGER

An SME family run business in the Maintenance industry are looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a full time permenant basis. You will be part of a growing organissation who will manage two team members and report in to the Managing Director.

Monday – Friday 9-5pm
Free parking on site
25 days holiday + Bank holidays

Job responsibilities
 Managing 2 team members in the accounts department
 Monitoring cash flow
 VAT/HMRC (Quarterly)
 Payroll (Monthly)
 Fixed Asset Register
 Accruals and prepayments
 Reconciliations
 Monthly management accounts
 Production of all weekly and monthly financial reporting
 Manage and prepare budgets
 CIS Returns
 Liaising with external accountants
 Creating and Implementing new finance processes
 Overseeing accounts staff holiday, absence, reviews etc.

Required Skills/Knowledge
 Previous experience as a Finance Manager
 Management Experience
 Strong Excel skills
 Previous experience within construction/SME (desirable)
