Job role
I am currently working with a leading Pension provider based near Gatwick. They are seeking a Trustee pension specialist to join their team.
The role is to support the Pension Manager with administration and Governance of the schemes they offer. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in DC, AE, Master Trusts and Scheme Governance.

In return for your hard work and dedication to the role, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £40000, plus an excellent benefits package that includes Pensions contributions of up to 14% from the employer (on the basis that the employee contributes 7%) 25 days holiday, rising to 28 with service and PMI.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Trustee Pension Manager to maintain strong governance of the Schemes
  • To complete and maintain all governance documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Attend meetings as and when required
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively
  • Work with the Trustee Pension Manager on ad hoc projects
  • Support the Trustee Pension Manager in providing and facilitating training on regulatory matters
  • Support the Trustee Pensions Manager in tasks and activities relating to Master Trust Authorisation and its ongoing monitoring
  • Attend meetings and or stand in for the Trustee Pension Manager as required and provide guidance where needed to the Trustees/Trustee Directors/the business

In order to be considered for this role, applicants will ideally meet the above criteria as a minimum. You will also be PMI qualified or working towards this (not essential).
