Our client is a leading Retail and Cosmetics brand located in London's West End, a short walk from Covent Garden. Due to growth across their UK business, an opportunity has arisen for a ADP Freedom Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the HR team.

Description

Located in London's West End, our client is recruiting for an ADP Freedom Payroll & Benefits Specialist with responsibility for the following duties:

Lead the processing of payroll information in a timely manner
Manage the post payroll reporting activities
Be a key contributor to a payroll transition project
Update and maintain payroll system (ADP) and SAP employee master data
Benefits implementation & administration (e.g. pension, BUPA, gym)
Actively respond to employee queries
Support with general HR administration (e.g. on-boarding and off-boarding new hires, maintenance of employee records, absences and leaver's administration)
Support with employee relations & policy review
Support with the annual labour budget & merit process
Issue employee letters and references
Ensure GDPR and HR policy compliance
Support with improving HR process efficiency
Support with ad-hoc HR projects

Profile

The successful candidate:

Experience in Payroll in the UK, and ideally Benefits administration
MUST HAVE USED ADP FREEDOM PREVIOUSLY
Experience within retail payroll is an advantage

Job Offer

Salary of £30,000 - £35,000
