Responsibilities

•Assist the Team Head in managing general audit function with focus on Asset Management area by conducting regular audits in accordance with the annual audit plan and regulatory requirements

•Act as subject matter expert for asset management-related audits and provide advisory services on risk and internal control issues; and proactively reach out to respective senior executives to influence stakeholders’ buy-in on the change of audit approaches/methodologies

•Maintain quality assurance for the Internal Audit Group by conducting regular review of audit standards and work done. Recommend internal audit policies, procedures, and programs according to internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements

•Conduct annual and continuous risk assessment and act as product champion for the assigned portfolio

•Review and recommend changes in internal audit policies, procedures, and programs according to internal and external regulatory requirement

•Support the Team Head or the Chief Auditor on ad hoc projects within the Internal Audit Group

Requirements

•Degree holder in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

•At least 6 - 8 years’ audit experience, previous exposure in asset management audit will be an advantage

•Strong interpersonal skills and be able to Influence key stakeholders to compromise balanced solutions

•Relevant professional qualifications as CPA, CIA, ACAMS/AAMLP, FRM and CFA will be an advantage

•Proficient written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
