Qualification & Experience
1)5-7 years' on hand experience in various versions of SAP (especially P11, C11, Hana and other older versions)
2)Ability to understand & work in a Multi Divisional, Multi-functional & Dynamic Structured Environment under SAP Framework.
3)Excellent Technical knowledge on various Finance related Modules and versions of SAP.
4)Demonstrated ability to adhere to Compliance, Audit (both internal & External) and Regulatory Report generation requirements in SAP in minimum lead time
5)Excellent knowledge of Deployment of newer versions of SAP, Data Migration, Support and independent trouble shooting from Finance side.
6)In Depth Knowledge of SAP System Framework, interlinking of various nodes under the Finance Module and end to end processing of Transactions and Reporting.
7)Demonstrated ability of Data Mining and Analytics (correlating & linking information from various accounting & reporting systems) to produce the required result.
8)Past experience of SAP Report Customization under limited / controlled Environment.
9)Good exposure to Reporting related modules and functionalities under SAP
Good to have:
• Knowledge of Accounting Terminologies and Standards (IFRS, IND AS etc.)
• Domain knowledge & experience in Taxation, Audit, MIS Financial Systems & various Legal & Regulatory Compliance's
• Knowledge of Financial, Management and Corporate Reporting Structures
• Should be hands-on as well as have ability of visualize the Big Picture
• Knowledge of Other SAP Modules (Procurement, Logistics etc) related / interlinked with Finance and Reporting
• Big Data Handling, Mining of Financial KPI'S & Data
Responsibilities
• Candidate will be mainly responsible for technical support, guidance & assistance to Airbus India Finance Teams in & with all SAP Requirements.
• His/her primary functions will be to interact with Airbus Group India Finance Team on a day to day basis regarding their SAP issues and concerns.
• Primary POC for Finance related SAP matters with the Global SAP Team.
• Assisting the Team members with new and updated reporting features and Training on various SAP Functionalities on a regular basis. To help in Optimum utilization of SAP Features for day to day Accounting and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to work in a globally distributed team
• Ability to handle adhoc requirements & In Situ presence in minimum lead time.
• Past history & experience in handling people and teams in Finance, other domains along with Interdepartmental and Interdivisional collaboration.
• Evolve rapidly to meet the challenges of the fast changing business, SAP environment, regulations & standards and business culture in the context of digitalization and global financial reporting patterns. Always focusing on successful delivery on time, cost, and quality and on business value generation. This includes the deployment of new SAP versions and patches; the evolution toward any new state-of-the-art methodology of the future, and the adaptability to take different roles in new SAP Projects and developments.
Success Metrics
Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to
• Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality of Reporting in SAP.
• Technical Expertise in solving day to day queries and concerns of the Team in a timely and effective manner.
• Inter Unit and Inter divisional consolidation and elimination with minimum variance.
• Zero Tolerance on the Statutory and Legal reporting and documentation requirements.
• Assisting Tax Team on their reporting
• Bring innovative & effective solutions and customization
• Achieve the satisfaction and confidence of Global SAP team in Toulouse.
