A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established business in Maldon.
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you as the Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and year end statutory financial statements.
As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main responsibilities will include the monthly commercial performance review, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis including WIP, accruals and prepayments, preparation of year end statutory financial statements, working knowledge of VAT and Taxation.
To successfully fulfil this role as Assistant Management Accountant you will be part qualified or qualified AAT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA with recent experience working within accounts. You will also be prepared to undertake ad-hoc duties to meet the requirements of the department and have a flexible and approachable manner.
