This leading insurance business has a strong global presence and progressive working environment. They are increasing headcount in their Internal Audit team, due to continued success and expansion. Currently they are seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager with a very strong risk mindset and problem solving ability. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced financial services internal auditor to join an employer of choice, or for someone currently auditing insurance businesses within the Big 4, to make a commercial move.

You will be leading risk-based audit assignments and developing audit plans; reporting audit findings and preparing recommendations for the Audit Committee. You will also be involved in developing recommendations to the business relating to policies, procedures and controls. This is a great opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and have a genuine impact on the business as part of a value-add function.

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Audit (internal or external) within financial services
  • Candidates from the Big 4 should have some insurance industry exposure
  • Strong Risk mindset and internal audit methodology knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
