Our Client is an alternative investment firm, with investments across a broad range of regions, sectors and asset types. It is expanding its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region and as such, is looking to hire a Finance Manager for its Singapore office.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and working with a small and lean finance team, you will be managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting, for the firm's operations in Asia. You will support and advise the senior management team on all finance-related matters, including performance management, internal financial KPIs, and budgeting and forecasting. You will also ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting records and financial statements, and monitor and ensure compliance with relevant debt covenants and reporting obligations.
Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with at least 6 years of financial and management accounting experience, preferably within financial services. Prior experience in managing a team is mandatory. You are meticulous, analytical, and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
