The requirement is for a Business Analyst to join the major Private Wealth Management firm and lead the Portfolio Management stream of work

This role will be the custodian of all the design and Solutioning work for the global implementation of Private Wealth Management Platform- Tamenos/T24/TAP, including reviewing, analyzing business requirement, solution design & validation and SIT/UAT coordination.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Elicit requirements, prioritize and analyze requests, design functional solutions and workflows, write and review business requirement and/or functional specifications;
  • Work with technical lead on the technical solutions design and Project manager on the project scope, delivery plan and testing plan;
  • Work with IS and vendor to arrive at optimal solutions for the Business with compliances to Bank's standards, policies and guidelines
  • Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively
  • Provide SME support to extended IT teams such as core banking, credit and digital team;
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions;

Qualifications
  • Graduated from well-known university with IT related subjects;
  • Have been business analyst in banking domain for 5-10 year with in-depth expertise in the portfolio management, including performance calculation;
  • General knowledge about private banking and different type of financial products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required
  • Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and/or multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills required to liaise with other subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to problem solving issues or generating ideas;
  • Understanding of technology and development lifecycle
