General Description
• The incumbent will play a key role in helping implement change initiatives for the business systems, and technology. Individual will be point person in liaising with IT and vendor for support of change requests, business requirements and the champion for the trust business in its IT and system needs.
Main duties
• Team member responsible for implementing change of IT systems for the trust company in achieving increased automation in key processes.
• Expected to accurately gather requirements from the business, create a plan, manage the project delivery with an ad-hoc team of IT resources, including liaising with third party vendors as necessary.
• Adept with systems, able to interpret and articulate business workflow requirements into system capabilities
• Good with processes and applications, and data management.
• Undertake the configuration of new and existing systems as necessary
Qualifications
Work experience requirements
• 10 years in banking/financial industry, with focus on IT systems. Knowledge of trust business is an advantage but not a critical factor
• Team player
• Meticulous and pays attention to details
• Requires good Excel Skills
• Practical knowledge of project management/business analysis
• Wide range of high level technical IT (either infrastructure or applications) knowledge
Education Requirements
• Degree/Diploma holders are welcome to apply
