REQUIREMENTS
- Boutique investment house with offices in Mayfair and the Cayman Islands
- AUM > £1bn
- Funds invested in listed equities, private equites, infrastructure and real estate
- AIFM structure
- Mature and hardworking team
ROLE
- Register with the FCA as the CF10 and CF11
- Design and implement a compliance monitoring programme
- Ensure the firm is compliant with all the relevant regulations
- Sit on the compliance committee to provide global steerage
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent understanding of the relevant FCA regulations and sourcebooks
- Prior experience at an AIFM
- CF10 or CF11 experience, ideally both
