Due to an internal promotion I'm recruiting a Finance Manager with a SME AIM listed contract manufacturing business based Coventry at an easily accessible location with free on site parking. The business has a relaxed but professional culture with a supportive senior management team.
This is an opportunity to lead the day to day finance team, be the finance lead for all new bid reviews and seeing projects through to completion. All projects are bespoke to individual clients specification therefore contract costing & project management experience and qualified in industry is required.
Having recent significant investment into systems, working with the senior management team you will play a key role in developing new reporting dashboards, hands-on production of the financial and management accounting including monthly budgeting, rolling forecasting and production of the key contract accounting and present in all project meetings to enabling you to accurately reflect progress in your project reporting.
