As a truly international NGO, with programme teams in Europe, USA and China, we are now looking to recruit a Global Financial Controller. This is an opportunity to shape the future of the finance team, taking it forward as we look to deliver on our bold five year plan.
Position: Global Financial Controller
Location: Godalming, Surrey, UK
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: GBP52,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the role:
As a critical leader in our international finance team, you will take full responsibility for the controllership function and provide strategic and operational support to the Finance Director and wider Global Leadership Team.
This role will undertake all aspects of financial management, including regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
You will be a qualified and experienced finance professional, with experience of leading strategic financial planning and working in an international environment. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of charity law and other charity regulatory frameworks although this is not essential.
You will lead a highly committed, professional finance team and partner with leadership colleagues who are relentlessly focused on making the world a better place for people, our planet and animals.
