Leading Pharmaceuticals company with one of their main divisions on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. They are on the look out for an experienced Credit Control assistant to join their team.

Our client are an international leader with Cosmetic pharmaceuticals, and looking to capitalise on resent market growth.

Description

Credit Control Responsibilities:

  • Raising Sales invoices
  • Monthly reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Calculation of Deferred Revenue
  • Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
  • Preparation of daily aged debt reports using excel
  • Assisting the senior managers in preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
  • Provide accurate advice on billing queries and resolutions
  • Meet strict deadlines for suppliers and key accounts
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
  • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
  • Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
  • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Finance Manager or Finance Director or any other person designated in their absence
  • Assisting the wider team with Ad-Hoc duties

Profile

Credit Control Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Sumif, Pivot etc.)
  • Min 1 year working within credit control experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workloads with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Pro-active approach
