Complex Statutory Accountant

We are seeking a Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA candidate from a practice background for this brilliant Complex Statutory Accountant role based in Reading with a Top 10 Accountancy Practice.

Description

The main responsibilities for this Complex Statutory Accountant are:

• Taking the lead in the delivery of complex statutory accounts for large corporate clients
• Working under your own initiative as well as supervising Assistants
• Using your expertise in IFRS, FRS 101 and FRS 102
• Undertaking group consolidations
• Helping to develop this area of the business

Profile

My client are looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA etc.) who has demonstrable experience in preparing complex statutory accounts, group consolidations, complicated technical research, and the ability to reach effective accounting conclusions. Ideally someone with a professional service background but this can be flexible with the right experience.
