Roles and Responsibilities for the Audit Senior include:
Complete fieldwork on client sites to ensure delivery of the audit process
Work closely with other teams and service lines as required to help ensure the smooth delivery of client services
Take a lead role in audit planning and risk assessment
Manage on-site teams delivering audit engagement
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Develop and mentor junior members of staff
The successful candidate should enjoy working within a team, have good communication skills, be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, and have an ability to identify areas of risk and know when to refer upwards.
The candidate must have confidence in dealing with partners and clients and the ability to work under pressure in a friendly environment, whilst managing expectations.
