Job role
As part of the team your role will be to proactively identify, negotiate and implement new business opportunities and improve profitability by developing new and existing partner accounts within the classic vehicle and equine insurance sector

You'll work closely with the wider team to promote new and existing client relationships, which is integral to the company's growth strategy and revenue generation objectives. The successful person will have an ability to quickly and easily build rapport through actively listening and understanding. You'll be able to build trust with your clients so they have the confidence in you and in us as a business, and you'll possess the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations

  • Researching potential customers to drive new business
  • Making outbound sales contact to potential partners
  • Manage and develop existing accounts
  • Act as the key point of contact within the company for each of their allocated Accounts
  • Provide Market insight
  • Attending client meetings where required
  • Attend industry related shows and events where required
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all times
  • Manage a successful communication flow between all parties to exceed customer satisfaction
  • Identify new initiatives with the accounts to introduce the full range of company services

    Key Measures/Achievements
    • Meet monthly & annual targets
    • Build and update Strategic plans for growth
    • Build multi-relationships within Accounts
    • Identify new product opportunities
    • Establish and raise the company presence and profile in the assigned markets
    • EssentialQualifications
    • Minimum 1 years B2B Field Sales / Account Management / Business Development experience in a Service Industry
    • Must have proven experience of winning and maintaining new business within a service sector
    • A proven track record of client acquisition and growth
    • Ability to work to deadlines
    • Strong drive and ambition is a must for this role
    • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
    • Ability to network at all levels within an organisation
    • Demonstrate professionalism and honesty at all times
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and guidance and its application to ensure compliance to its fullest extent
  • No car allowance - Mileage paid
