Looking for a part qualified with strong analytical experience to be part of the management accounting team - Slough - Immediate Start

  • Manage cashbook activities including Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation, sign-off and accurate coding of expenses
  • End of month intercompany billing
  • Deferred income and accruals - management of database and billing for managed services contracts
  • Maintain purchase order and Invoice sign off
  • Preparation of cash forecasting of supplier payments
  • Supervise Supplier Invoicing/Billing to ensure accuracy of entry and reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Prepare and/or review required VAT/tax returns.
  • Recommend changes in financial policies and procedures, as necessary.
  • Project cash flow in order to assist the Financial Controller with driving strategy, profitability and efficiency of the business.
  • Monitor established internal controls to ensure proper compliance.
  • Assist with planning and implementing changes in the accounting system.
  • All transactions up to trial balance


You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of cash flow and financial statements, accurate daily maintenance of the cash books, sales ledger, and purchase ledger and company expenses.
