Regional Services Manager - (Major & Complex Loss Team) - Southampton - Excellent Annual Basic Salary plus benefits package
We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join the largest, most experienced team of strategic Loss Managers and Technical Adjusters in the World.
As an experienced Claims Manager, the purpose of this Regional Services Managerial role is to support the Regional Director (s) and Major Loss Adjusting Team as well as Managing a team of Support staff including Administration and Claims Technicians.
The role will involve liaising with the Regional Major Loss Directors and Major Loss Adjusters on a day to day basis, arranging appointments, managing diaries, handling queries, information requests, helping with recruitment etc, The role will also be to manage/oversee the Major Loss Support Team consisting of administrators and Claims Technicians located throughout various locations South of London.
Experience required:
A background working within a Loss Adjusting Environment
Experience of Managing a Team of Claims Support staff including Claims Handlers/Technicians
Supporting Directors, managing diaries, appointments, attending meetings, helping with recruitment
A strong administration background
Excellent Claims Handling knowledge
Be highly organised and be able to work under pressure
IT Literate (Word and Excel)
Excellent communication skills both written and face to face
Ideally relevant Industry Qualifications
