About the Role
Reporting to the BA Team Manager, the Business Analyst position is responsible for assisting with the full-cycle project initiation, scoping, planning, implementation and delivery of wide-ranging applications within their broader group-wide technology transformation program. The Business Analyst position is required to conduct detailed business and systems analyses to define business and functional requirements and provide support with development and testing.
Duties
Assist the Project Manager with full-cycle project initiation, scoping, planning, implementation and delivery of large, complex
Liaise with the business sponsor, project managers, stakeholders and SMEs to define, develop and document business requirements and user stories.
Facilitate requirement and design sessions in order to define a solution and synthesise requirements into actionable development tasks.
Take a lead role in project defect prioritisation and triage.
Collaborate closely with change and communications managers to develop and deliver people and process change.
Skills & Experience
Extensive (7+ years') Business Analysis experience within multi-faceted programs at a senior with a large change management component.
Demonstrated ability to quickly distil relevant information from complex technical documentation.
Proven practical experience in requirements gathering, documentation and liaising with business stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Experience with or exposure to Agile methodologies is an advantage.
