Overview: As Alghanim Industries continues to grow, so do our ambitions to widen our reach in nurturing the next generation of talents! In order to fulfil this, we are launching a Future Talent Academy Programaimed at taking highly motivated graduates on an exciting career journey within our automotive business, finance and accounting functions.

As a member of our team, you will be exposed to a diverse set of experiences through challenging rotational assignments with our key departments across our brands; being coached by our company partners and receiving tailored training interventions. The program is designed to develop high potential employees for future opportunities within our company.

This program is targeted to aspiring fresh graduates who have a trajectory for success. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate leadership skills, be a team player who can effectively lead projects from start to finish. During your rotation, you will receive technical and management training, advanced education, leadership opportunities and mentorship.

Coverage: Future Talent Academy Program

Training & Development: Rotational program with individuals spending time within Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Talent and Operations Management Teams. Similarly, Finance and Accounting delegates will be exposed across all facets of the function with substantial exposure to a diverse portfolio of Alghanim Industries. Participants will learn on the job, complete classroom training, and receive regular coaching and feedback.

Financial: Exposure to our financial performance indicators in the business, understanding, setting, managing, and monitoring financial performance (which may include: Gross Sales, Net Sales, Gross Margin and overall expenditure). Perform resource efficiency analysis, carry out cost saving analysis and provide recommendations. Maintains market awareness and looking for additional business opportunities and strategies to grow profitability.

Operational: Obtain in-depth knowledge in business operations, supporting the team in the day-to-day operations (including resource management, risk mitigation, operational excellence, partnership management and customer relationship management) ensuring the business meets and exceeds performance targets.

Talent Development: Capture a general understanding of supervising and coaching teams, ensuring the appropriate execution of key operational initiatives, promoting desired behaviours and developing the skills of others. An opportunity to know how to measure performance and optimise people through ongoing and annual performance cycles. Partner with HR teams to promote employee engagement as well as manage a project to help build further engagement in the workplace.
