Your New Job
Your main role is collect debt whilst maintaining relationships with their key clients
Your Experience & Our Requirements
You’ll ideally have relevant previous experience to carry out the following duties:
- Chasing debt on a high volume of accounts by telephone, letter & email
- Discuss customers bad debt and find a way forwards
- Dealing with client queries and assist in resolving them
- Produced aged debtor reports
- Monitor cash flow & report
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess at least 2 years previous Credit Control experience
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be confident in manner
- Have a sound knowledge of Word & Excel
