Freightserve recruitment are looking for a experienced Credit Controller for a well established Freight Forwarder in Ashford, Middlesex area.
Job Description:-
Chasing payments
Weekly reporting and meeting with FD
Running weekly sales invoice run and entering the sales invoices
Resolving client queries and entering the credit notes onto system
Ensuring that supplier records sage are maintained
Phone answering, dealing with queries effectively, efficiently and promptly
Answering emails
Daily billing
Team work within the department is essential, particularly during our busiest times and during staff sickness/holiday
Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
