A key player within the automotive industry is looking to add a Credit Controller to their York offices. This is a hands on customer facing role so the ideal candidate for the position will have excellent telephone manner and fantastic all round communication skills. Attention to detail is key and the new team member will have solid knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
*Reconciling accounts.
*Processing new customer applications.
*Dealing with customer queries.
*Processing and managing direct debit mandates.
*Contacting customers for payment via telephone and email.
The company are looking for someone with previous credit control experience who can hit the ground running with the role. Organisational skills are essential and the new recruit must be able to use their own initiative to problem solve efficiently.
