Edward Mann are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Multisite business who are looking for a credit controller to join their team based near Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for an aged debt ledger
- Deal with queries and disputes effectively
- Chasing insurers via telephone, letter and email
- Reporting to senior members of the team with ledger updates
- Assist with paying invoices within agreed timeframes and day to day credit management.
- Regularly contacting clients to maintain strong relationships and to certify debts are managed within agreed terms.
- Record financial activity accurately within the system.
- Help minimise payment delays by escalating unresolved queries to relevant persons.
- Professionally handling general queries quickly and effectively.
- Ad-hoc finance administration as required
