Job role
Our client, a successful SME business who are well established in the local area, are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their busy finance team. They are keen to get a suitable candidate in post as soon as possible. Reporting into a Finance Supervisor, and working in a busy finance environment, the duties of the Accounts Administrator will include:

* Matching, batching and coding invoices

* Posting invoices onto Sage

* Chasing up suppliers for credits

* Reconciling supplier statements

* Dealing with finance queries

* Issuing credit notes

* Finance administration

* Ad hoc support to team as needed

The ideal Accounts Administrator will have proven experience in Purchase Ledger and have a good knowledge of Sage together with good Excel skills. You will be a team player with a can do attitude, you will be keen to make the role your own and take on additional tasks as and when required to support the business.
