- Regulatory umbrella business that appoints Approved Representatives (ARs)
- Client based comprised of primarily fund related businesses and a small number of brokerages
- Client base of over 25
- Experienced senior leadership team and hardworking team of consultants
- The business is experiencing rapid growth and it’s looking like it will be a great 2019
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement the compliance monitoring programme
- Build a compliance team
- Become a member of the senior leadership team and sit on the relevant committees
- Register with the FCA as the firm’s CF10 and CF11
REQUIREMENTS
- Exposure to the fund management space (or similar) this could be through a consultancy firm or in-house
- Be able to hold the CF10 and CF11
- Strong people management skills
