The role itself is extremely varied and would suit applicants with a minimum of 12 months experience in either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable (or both). The rest will be taught:

- All aspects of cash allocation and accounts reconciliation
- Monitoring customer credit limits
- Month end aged-debt reporting
- Daily banking
- Administration of the Purchase Order process
- Coding and posting of non-stock invoices
- All aspects of Accounts Payable
- Daily sales reporting
- Arrange forward currency purchases (as advised)
