Accounts Trainee

We are looking to on board an entrepreneurial, resilient accounts trainee who is a quick learner and has an eye for details.

• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: Less than 1 year

Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.

1. A minimum high school average grade of B (plain) or its equivalent.
2. Certification in eitherCPA, KATC or ACCA .
3. Proficiency in oral AND written english.
4. Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
5. Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday - Saturday)
6. Commercial awareness of the retail industry will be an added advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS.

1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
2. A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.
3. Must be exceptionally self-disciplined and have a very strong work ethic.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias to a sense of urgency.
5. Proactive, entrepreneurial and ability to sacrifice to deliver excellent results.
6. Personal qualities of integrity, initiative, and commitment to the company's principles.
