The ideal candidate will have the following -
  • Previous compliance experience gained within the investment management industry
  • Good knowledge of the investment management industry
  • FCA (UK) regulatory knowledge, European (MiFID II) regulatory knowledge (minimum), US and wider US (SEC) knowledge preferable
  • Ability to review and analyse legislative papers and consider how they are applicable to the firm
  • Ability to investigate
  • Ability to assist on Committees and project work across the business
  • Professional presentation and manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High accuracy levels
  • Ability to deliver on time
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent IT skills
  • Minimum qualification standard (degree relevant discipline preferably)
  • Good analytical skills
